Why am I so passionate about health? Because I believe it’s the basis for a happy, fulfilling life. And because I’ve lived with genetic hearing loss since the age of 4, I know what it’s like to have a chronic health condition that’s often misperceived. I also know what a difference it can make to have access to resources and information to live better.

I’ve channeled this experience into a career: I’m a bestselling ghostwriter who specializes in helping clients get their ideas about emotional and physical health into the world.

I'm also an award-winning online editor, writer, reporter, and content strategist with experience creating custom editorial packages of health and lifestyle content for websites. I am well-versed in web analytics, writing for SEO, and using social media to promote digital content.

I lived in New York City for 10 years, working at print and online publishing companies such as Inc. and Fast Company, WebMD, and Everyday Health. I now call Portland, Oregon home.

I hold an MA in Media Studies and Communication from New School University in New York City, and a BA in English Literature with a minor in Linguistics from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
